Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Experience and Office Manager for our Leawood, KS location. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee daily office operations, support client experience initiatives, and ensure smooth administrative processes. Key responsibilities include managing office resources, optimizing client experience, supervising front desk activities, and ensuring operational excellence to support a positive work environment.
Office level administrative operations
- Oversee vendor management including procurement, service contracts, and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers
- Liaison with property manager/landlord
- Inspects office space and orders necessary repairs or cleaning requests
- Communicate office changes to accounting department
- Responsible for running and distributing office level reports
- Processes agent change and agent terminations
- Maintains agency wide directories
- Support human resources functions including onboarding new employees.
- Works directly with the COO
Client Experience
- Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls
- Manage conference room calendar and coordinate event planning activities
- Maintain kitchens and client facing spaces
