ROLE:
The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for three primary functions: facilitating business operations, overseeing business forecasting and case management, and supporting advisor business. A strong candidate for this role will have a high sense of follow-through, ability to work well with others, great attention to detail, and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while being effective and timely. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Forecasting:
- Responsible for maintaining office U5 case open pipeline
- Gather and maintain accurate information for case open opportunities for all long-term and short-term cases
- Track U5 and intern submitted and paid for business daily
Business Operations:
- Act as internal office support for questions regarding underwriting, applications, policy deliveries, and case preparation in liaison with the Planning Department and Home Office
- Build, track, and submit insurance and investment applications
- Confirm the client has completed all requirements in a timely manner
- Submit insurance and investment requests to the planning department while checking for accuracy and completion
Business Support:
- Resolve billing shortages, questions, and changes while communicating the information to the FR
- Ensure office U5 fact finders are inspected each pay period to correlate with the new advisor launch program
- Hold weekly meetings with each U5 FR to talk through case open inventory, committed pipeline, underwriting, and any questions
- Train new U5 FRs on business operations and administrative processes
- Brief leadership team with weekly report on FR inventory, activity, and updates
