The Business Coach is an integral member of the leadership team responsible for coaching, developing and supporting new financial advisors as they launch their careers with the firm. The role is based full-time in Downtown Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- Coach new financial advisors to maintain focus on achieving expected activity benchmarks and effective sales habits
- Encourage and support advisors to build the daily activity habits needed for continued success in the career and help advisors hold themselves accountable to their daily activity goals
- Build and maintain high morale and positive energy/momentum toward high performance benchmarks
- Help new advisors develop accountability to consistently and accurately track their activity in CRM so that they have the data needed to continually analyze their practice and adjust actions to achieve success
- Participate in Board of Review meetings to provide perspective on activity
- Communicate activity coaching updates weekly to leadership team
- Provide support during the week, e.g., answering questions, providing insights, as needed
- Act as a general resource for all new advisors
- Assist the Chief Development Officer team with all special projects, as needed

- Ability to coach new advisors and inspire confidence and growth through a healthy balance of challenge and support
- Strong ability to multitask through effective time management skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
