While 2 years of management experience is preferred, it is not needed. What is a MUST, is someone who has a high-level work ethic, a strong sense of resiliency and the ability to market themselves.

Responsibilities for Year 1:

• Learn to build your own Financial Planning Practice by guiding and coaching clients toward their financials goals.
• Learn how to attract and build a team.
• Pass Exams: Life, Health, SIE, Series 63, Series 6 and Series 7

Responsibilities for Year 2:

• Explore leadership and mentor roles.
• Continue running and building your own Financial Planning Practice.
• Further your personal education with continued licensing.

Responsibilities for Year 3 through Retirement are unique to the individual and within their control. Leadership and growth opportunities will be discussed in the interview process.
