Client Experience Associate
Overall Function
The Client Experience Associate specializes in supporting the wealth management team as they focus on building the practice and maintaining exemplary client service. The applicant would also ensure the continuation of an efficient, effective and organized office. This individual is a liaison between the network office and home office as well as the financial representative and clients. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Gather required information and instructions from the wealth management team and enter data into financial planning software.
- Review paperwork, applications, policy changes, and service requests for completeness and accuracy; follow up on missing information as needed.
- File and maintain client statements, account forms, insurance, and investment-related documents.
- Answer and route telephone calls as appropriate.
- Prepare meeting materials, proposals, reports, and other documentation in support of client and prospect meetings.
- Contact clients regarding forms, account updates, and other service-related matters while maintaining accurate client records.
- Initiate transfers, exchanges, redemptions, and other transactions as directed by the Registered Representative.
- Receive and forward checks and related documentation to the appropriate network and home office departments.
- Coordinate with network offices, NMIS, fund families, and internal teams to resolve client account issues.
- Provide account values and performance information to clients at the advisor’s direction.
- Help create, organize and execute various client appreciation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Health and Life licensed or gain licensing within 6 months of employment
- Financial Service or Insurance industry experience preferred
- Experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in the financial services and/or insurance industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications and data entry and information retrieval software
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and take action as appropriate
- Has interest in learning on a continuous basis
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay: $50,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience
