Role Description The Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Asheville, NC, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring talent for Northwestern Mutual Asheville. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings and screening applicants to coordinating interviews and facilitating offer processes. The Recruiter will partner closely with leadership to understand staffing needs, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and promote the firm’s employer brand through networking, events, and digital channels. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting onboarding activities to help new team members integrate successfully.
Qualifications

- Ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
