Job Description

Northwestern Medicine Health Network Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in McHenry, IL, located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.

As an NM Internal Medicine physician in our practice, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care and manage a wide range of chronic diseases, complex conditions, and specialized care for adult patients. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on patients’ lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment that maintains work-life balance. The ideal candidate values high-quality care and building strong patient relationships in a clinic-based environment.

Highlights:

• Join a team of 8 Primary Care Physicians
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with flexible schedule
• Call responsibilities: One week every 6 months
• Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
• Advance practice provider, nurse, and medical assistant support
• Primary Care Clinic with Immediate Care Center
• Hospital privileges at NM Huntley, McHenry, and Woodstock Hospitals
• EPIC electronic health system
