Asset Management Analyst Intern

Qualifications Include

• Demonstrate and maintain a good safety record
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software preferred (e.g., Excel, Python, R, or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI)
• Business or related major required
• Has successfully completed sophomore year or above
• Must be in good academic standing
• Must Provide GPA in Resume upon application
  
  

Duties Include

• Collect and validate data from multiple sources to support accurate joint use records and billing
• Analyze infrastructure and attachment data to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities
• Support joint use billing activities through data reconciliation and quality checks
• Develop reports, dashboards, and summaries to support operational and financial decision making
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights

Temporary position, working full-time (40 hours per week) from May -- August, and part-time (20 hours per week) from September -- December.

$20.00 per hour for first year interns, $21.00 per hour for returning interns.
