What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Shared Living Provider position at Northwestern Counseling?
We’re looking for a dedicated Shared Living Provider to support a young adult female who enjoys animals, painting, and video games. The ideal provider will have an accessible home and experience supporting individuals with behavioral challenges using positive and effective de-escalation techniques.
Comfort with providing personal care is required. In return, providers receive a monthly tax-free stipend, generous respite budget, training, and ongoing team support.
Applicants must be 21 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and be willing to complete background screenings and a home inspection.
