As a Service Coordinator, your role will be offering comprehensive case management support to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder. We work with individuals spanning from 18 years of age throughout their lifetime, each with a diverse range of interests, capabilities, and needs, while delivering comprehensive wraparound assistance.
