Join our team of Dynamic Nurses at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services as a Medical Assistant. This is an office-based position with predictable and flexible hours. No nights, weekends, or holidays!
In this role, you will:
- Support our Nursing & Psychiatry team in managing day-to-day operations
- Provide administrative and direct patient care support in a Community-Based Integrated Health Center setting
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Obtain patients’ vital signs, screenings, and signed releases
- Support in Treatment Planning
- Maintain electronic medical records, timely, accurate documentation
- Be independently motivated, and display high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Be kind, compassionate, reliable, and a team-oriented professional

Qualifications:High School Diploma
- LNA – preferred
- Previous Mental Health related experience - preferred
