What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor (Bolingbrook) position at Northwest Trucks of Bolingbrook?
Northwest Trucks of Bolingbrook is looking for a Service Advisor. We are looking for someone with great customer service skills to interact with service customers. Duties will include schedule appointments, answer service phone calls, open/close work orders and assist in assigning jobs to technicians. Keep customers updated on status of their vehicle’s repairs.

Requirements:
- Ability and desire to work in a positive, fast-paced and high energy environment
- 2 Years Previous Truck Experience a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associates or Tech School degree preferred
- Strong customer service and organizational skills required
