The Role
As a Physical Therapist at WARMC, you will evaluate, plan, and administer therapeutic procedures in physical medicine and rehabilitation. You will have the time, resources, and leadership support necessary to provide high-quality, individualized care.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations and develop highly individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Administer safe, effective therapeutic interventions, adjusting treatment plans as patients progress.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and post-treatment care to support long-term recovery and mobility.
- Collaborate daily with referring physicians, peers, and an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing.
- Operate therapy equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
- Experience: New graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Licensure: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arizona (or eligible/in-process to obtain).
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BCLS) required within 30 days of hire.
