Rebound is hiring two full-time Medical Assistants to join our Orthopedics team, with:
- 1 position based in Lake Oswego
- 1 position based in Rose Quarter

About the Role
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, energy, and a can-do attitude, along with a desire to learn and collaborate as part of a team. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and the ability to work closely with both patients and providers in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Escort patients to exam rooms and assist with chart documentation
- Take vital signs and support patient flow throughout the clinic
- Prepare exam rooms and instruments; stock supplies as needed
- Assist physicians and APPs with minor diagnostic procedures and treatments
- Review appointment schedules and assist the call center with physician schedules
- Ensure lab reports, imaging, and other clinical information are available to providers
- Distribute outpatient materials and provide patient instruction as appropriate
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of work experience, preferably in a clinical setting
- Current BLS certification
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
- Knowledge of examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures
- Strong desire to provide exceptional patient care
