Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a fun and talented HR Assistant to join our amazing Human Resources Team!
This position will be a full-time, Monday – Friday position. Preferred schedule 8 am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility.
We need someone with a great sense of humor, phenomenal customer service skills, and attention to detail!
In this role, you will be responsible for event planning, data entry, updating/maintaining spreadsheets, answering phones, creating facility badges, calendaring, errands, and assisting with projects. This position will assist the Human Resources Team with a variety of projects, coordination of employee orientation, and employee engagement initiatives/projects. To be successful in this position, you will need to be adaptable, kind, fast-paced, and computer savvy.
Qualifications And Preferred Experience
Northwest Specialty Hospital is widely known for being a center of excellence and is proudly owned and operated by local physicians. Qualifications And Preferred Experience
- High School Diploma
- Enthusiasm for the mission of NWSH and patients we serve
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Intermediate computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, & Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Two years of previous office experience required.
- Prior experience in Human Resources preferred.
