Ensures service delivery aligns with agency mission, values, and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, community-focused, and comfortable with both administrative work and direct, in-person community engagement.

About The Position
Provides supervision of staff and oversight of program services within an assigned area of Community Programs. Ensures service delivery aligns with agency mission, values, and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, community-focused, and comfortable with both administrative work and direct, in-person community engagement.
What You Will Do
- Develop and promotes program services, including outreach, education, and volunteer recruitment
- Oversees program services in assigned county through hiring, training scheduling and evaluation of meal sites and coordinators
- Ensures assigned staff and program volunteers meet agency mission, values, and program requirements
- Reduces client and agency risk
- Promotes Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) concept and services
- Provides excellent customer service in a professional manner
- Empowering staff, providing constructive feedback, and delegating responsibilities effectively.
- Work with Seniors and People with Disabilities and Understand the Issues These Populations Experience (Social, Physical, Care, etc.)
- Good research, writing and general communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, interacting in respectful and culturally appropriate way.
- Above average computer skills including ability to learn and utilize different software, database programs, format spreadsheets; and the ability to meet requirements of this outcome.
Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience
Preferred Required
Any equivalent combination of education and experience, which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job will be considered; however, the following is preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field
- Plus 3 or more years of social services experience, working in a similar capacity with vulnerable populations, 1 of which should be in a supervisory or lead role
- Experience supervising staff and volunteers
- Ability to secure and maintain a valid Oregon driver's license, or an acceptable alternative means of transportation
- Successfully complete a background check
