What You’ll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain residential shingle roofing systems
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with teammates to complete projects on time and to a high standard
- Follow safety protocols — because your well-being matters
What You Bring
- Experience with residential shingle installation &/or repair (minimum 1 year required)
- Sharp attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, and team-first attitude
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $21–$35 per hour (based on experience)
