Inventory Supervisor

Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee the full cycle of inventory purchasing and management, build and maintain strong supplier relationships, and ensure competitive pricing and reliable product availability. You will manage both rental equipment and disposable inventory at our central warehouse while supporting branch and clinical teams with their local inventory needs. This position also provides oversight of preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is serviced on time and ready for safe patient use.

A Day in the Life:

• Purchasing rental equipment and disposables
• Manag adequate inventory levels at central warehouse to support needs of branches
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships
• Negotiate competitive pricing and discounts
• Support branches and clinical teams with inventory tracking and monitoring
• Administer cycle counting and inventory controls
• Priorities and respond quickly to customer needs and demands
• Other duties as assigned

Our Top Candidate Will Have: 

• Previous purchasing and inventory management experience required 
• Post-Secondary education preferred
• Ability to listen, write and speak clearly. Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions in a variety of formats
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to work independently, organize and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision 
• Actively promote and personal observe all safety and security procedures and use all equipment and materials properly.
• Excellent training and teaching skills
• Computer software knowledge skills including Microsoft word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, and web browsers
