Job Summary

The Youth Program Support Specialist will support efforts to coordinate, implement, and manage initiatives related to services for disabled clients. This role requires a strong understanding of disability services, program management support, and compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and experience in managing programs aimed at supporting individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination and Implementation

  • In coordination with the Manager of Disability Programs, assist with the development and implementation of programs and services for disabled clients.
  • Support efforts to ensure all programs are aligned with organizational goals and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive services.

Client Services Management

  • Assess client needs and develop personalized service plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide support and advocacy for clients to ensure they receive appropriate services.

Budget and Resource Management

  • Assist with the development and management of program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Assist with identifying and pursuing funding opportunities, including grants and partnerships.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of program activities and client services.
  • Prepare and submit reports on program outcomes, progress, and impact across multiple youth programs.
  • Perform data collection and data entry tasks across multiple youth programs.

Community Outreach and Partnership Building

  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and conferences.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in social work or related

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in disability services, program management, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of disability services and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Work Location: In person
