Northwest Regional Housing Authority is currently hiring for multiple part-time positions for someone to maintain our low- income residential communities.
We have part time openings in the following Arkansas counties: Searcy, Newton, Boone and Madison. Are you a people-focused leader with a knack for operations? Come join our team as a residential manager. We are seeking an organized individual with the ability to work independently who would enjoy making a difference in the lives of others by facilitating housing stability. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining both occupancy and a clean, safe and welcoming environment at one of our affordable housing communities. Knowledge of basic maintenance and computer skills is required. Basic maintenance skills are required.
Not required to live on site.
Responsibilities:
· The ability to be trained and retain knowledge of leasing and resident retention, use of office equipment, computer software and rent collections.
· The ability to be trained and retain knowledge of tenant recertification in accordance with subsidized housing programs.
· Perform routine maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
· Respond to resident requests promptly.
· Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential problems and facilitate necessary repairs.
· Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure compliance with regulations related to the property.
· Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with residents and senior staff.
· Negotiate service contracts for specialized repairs or services.
· Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
