Assistant Community Association Manager

Employment Type-
We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our growing team! This position offers a wide variety of different responsibilities in order to support our Property Management Team and office. Our business hours are Monday — Thursday 8a.m. to 5p.m. and Friday 8a.m. to 1p.m.
Significant Responsibilities:
· Processing accounts payables on a routine basis
· Processing of Home Sales and questionnaires
· Continuous management of electronic and paper filing systems
· Handling large volume voice & email communications
· Drafting correspondence, notices and closing documentation within stated deadlines
· Ongoing & detailed tracking of homeowner information, leases and certificates of insurance
· Maintain timely and accurate preparation of necessary reports
· Provide support to managers
· Perform other office support as needed
Desired Qualifications:
· Superior customer service skills
· Previous experience in office administration and property management setting
· Ability to prioritize and multitask various deadlines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Great attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Ability to Learn Company Software
