Role Description This full-time Occupational Therapist role is a hybrid position based in Delphos, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility for appropriate administrative and follow-up tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating clients’ functional abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to support independence in daily activities. The Occupational Therapist will document clinical findings, maintain accurate treatment records, and coordinate care with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Additional duties include educating clients and caregivers on home programs, participating in interdisciplinary case discussions, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the practice.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy, with the ability to assess functional needs and design effective treatment plans
- Knowledge of Medicine and Rehabilitation principles applicable to outpatient and community-based care
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including working with children and adolescents on developmental and functional goals
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a hybrid setting
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional ethics, and continuous learning
