Overview
Northwest Permanente (NWP) is the largest multispecialty medical group in Oregon and southwest Washington with 1,500 physicians and 300 administrative professionals caring for 615,000 Kaiser Permanente members. Northwest Permanente is owned and led by physicians who earn competitive salaries, without income based on providing individual services. Our medical group comprises board-certified physicians across 50 specialties.We invite applications for a Board Certified or Eligible OBGYN physician to join our Kaiser Permanente Skyline clinic team in Salem, Oregon. Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for women's health and the ability to provide high-quality comprehensive care. Joining an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical staff, you will provide a mix of both obstetrics and gynecology services while enjoying 24/7 backup on the L&D unit. Our Skyline clinic is comprised of four OBGYN physicians and two allied clinicians. This position will also join our Salem Hospital coverage pool, which includes 3 OB Hospitalists, and supports an average of 60 deliveries per year.

Current hiring incentives for this role:

The annual salary for this position is $319,600 - $363,200 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
