We invite applications for Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Oncologists to join our growing practice in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, comprehensive patient care. You will join a fully sub-specialized team within an integrated cancer program that includes clinical research, specialized nursing, surgical services, and a robust supportive care team. This role also offers the opportunity to focus on your specific areas of interest within medical oncology.  

What You Can Expect:

• 0.7 FTE (28 hours per week)
• Primarily focused on solid tumor oncology, specializing in genitourinary (GU) cancers, with additional responsibility for some breast cancer cases and the option to treat other solid tumor types as desired
• Integrated care team with support from RN case managers and nurse navigators
• A call schedule where call is divided equally amongst all providers
• Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR
• Opportunities for leadership positions within the medical group if desired
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility

Current hiring incentives for this role:

• Relocation allowance – up to $15,000

The annual salary for this position is $285,880 - $348,600 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
