We are growing and looking for just the right person to be our next Invisalign/Aligner specialist. To be successful, you must be comfortable working directly with the doctors, patients, and their families. Sound easy? Well, it isn’t, but don't worry! We offer in-office orthodontic assistant training that can teach you all that you need to know to succeed in this role.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Outgoing, positive, and social person with a genuine love for helping others
- Someone who can accurately and gently perform complex procedures in a specific amount of time
- The ability to do the above while simultaneously making the patient feel comfortable, valued, and at ease
- Someone who shares the passion, vision, and core values of our practice
- Hard-working self-starter that doesn’t need to be micro-managed (Yup, that’s a record-setting number of hyphenated words in a sentence)
- Receptive to constantly learning new skills and adapting in a technologically advanced environment
- No-drama llama! No, for real.
- Doesn't mind traveling between locations
