Position Summary
We're looking for an experienced eClinicalWorks Administrator to manage and optimize our eClinicalWorks (eCW) system. In this role, you'll work closely with providers, clinical teams, leadership, and IT to improve workflows, support users, and ensure our EHR operates efficiently across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the eClinicalWorks system.
- Manage user accounts, templates, workflows, and security.
- Train and support providers and staff.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT and vendors.
- Develop reports and identify workflow improvements.
- Support HIPAA compliance and EHR best practices.
Qualifications
- 5 years of EHR Administration experience.
- 1-3 years of eClinicalWorks administrative experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting physician practices or ambulatory healthcare settings.
- Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
