Outreach & Engagement Coordinator
Description Of Position
The Outreach and Engagement Coordinator supports the visibility and enrollment growth of NNU eCampus through a blend of digital engagement and community outreach. Reporting to the Director of Partnership and Business Development, this role manages social media activity while building relationships with prospective students, partners, and community organizations. This position also represents the university at events and outreach efforts, helping expand connections and generate leads. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is relational, self-motivated, and interested in business development, marketing, or partnership-focused work. This role focuses on building professional networks and contributing to enrollment growth initiatives.
Classification: Non-Exempt
Staff Status: Full-time
Duration of the time spent in position annually: 12 months
Reports to whom: Director of Partnership & Strategic Development

The salary will be determined by the educational background and experience of each applicant. Essential Functions
- Builds and nurtures relationships with community organizations, prospective students, and partners.
- Supports lead generation through community engagement, events, and digital efforts.
- Creates and manages engaging social media content that builds awareness and drives interest.
- Actively engages on platforms (including LinkedIn) by responding, commenting, and building connections.
- Represents NNU at local events, fairs, and meetings to expand visibility and outreach.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to align messaging and support campaigns.
- Tracks engagement, leads, and feedback to inform strategy and improve results.
- Works collaboratively with internal teams.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with social media engagement for professional purposes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in admissions, development, or related field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with trends in adult learner enrollment.
