Details:
- Where you’ll be working: Full time onsite at our Canby office
- Your schedule: Monday-Friday; 7AM-4PM
- The earning potential: $29-$32 per hour starting pay range

Day to day: As the Sales Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping NWMG grow our preventative maintenance contracts and retrofit work. You’ll support the sales pipeline from start to finish: nurturing warm leads, coordinating sales activities, maintaining CRM data, handling administrative tasks, and helping strengthen relationships with customers across the region.
Here’s what the general scope of your role would look like:
Business Development & Sales Support
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
- Engage warm prospects through calls and direct emails to identify needs and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
- Identify and report new leads and equipment upgrade opportunities.
- Attend local chamber events and networking opportunities on behalf of NWMG.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and future opportunities.
- Assist in developing accurate budgets for upcoming maintenance agreements.
- Support the Sales Team by preparing presentations, quotes, and proposals—and follow up to keep deals moving.
- Conduct customer follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction with recent work.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and sales best practices.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions, quotes, and sales activity.
- Manage sales documentation, contracts, and related materials.
- Produce weekly sales reports for leadership.
Marketing Support
- Coordinate tactical marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media updates, and promotional materials.
- Support planning and logistics for trade shows and industry events.
- Serve as the primary liaison with our external marketing firm for sales collateral, social media content, and website updates.
Customer Service & Team Collaboration
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and cross-department collaboration with service, dispatch, and operations teams.
- Maintain positive communication and alignment with all NWMG departments.
- Provide exceptional, responsive service to both internal and external customers.

Technical requirements:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 years of experience in the HVAC industry OR 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn multiple software platforms and CRMs.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro is a plus.
- Must complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen upon hire
