Compensation: $20-25/hr

Northwest Management, Inc., a full-service natural resource consulting firm located in Moscow, Idaho, is seeking resumes from motivated individuals to assist with our Sales Operations Team focused on supporting Growth and Client relations in the US market. This is an in-office role offering daily support to members of the team based out of Moscow, Idaho.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Sales Coordinator you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, maintaining CRM data, and facilitating communication between sales reps and clients. Ensuring smooth operations, track targets, prepare sales reports, and assist with marketing materials to help increase productivity and achieve sales goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Tracking Prepare, monitor, and report on sales team performance, quotas, and goals. Maintain accurate CRM records, document and uphold sales processes, manage vendor platforms, and serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries and ongoing sales support tools.
  • Customer Quotes & Proposals Support the preparation and submission of proposals, including non-technical content across all service lines.
  • Operational Coordination Organize and facilitate sales meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up. Coordinate materials such as brochures and presentations, assist with marketing efforts, and collaborate across service areas.
  • Other Duties Additional responsibilities as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years' experience in sales, business development, marketing or a related role with exposure to marketing and/or proposal creation.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Technical Skills: Strong HubSpot CRM proficiency: pipeline and deal management, workflows, sequences, reporting dashboards, and integrations (Gmail/Outlook, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities with high attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines.

Assets

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, sales, or business administration
  • Experience with Adobe Suite
  • Background in coordinating marketing campaigns and managing client databases
