Associate Vice Chancellor of Strategic Enrollment Management
Key Responsibilities:
The Associate Vice Chancellor of Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) develops and implements long-term plans to guide student recruitment, retention, and completion, aligning these with the institution's overall mission and budget. This leadership role involves data analysis, managing admissions, building strategic partnerships, and supervising a team to ensure student success from application to graduation.

Qualifications and Experience to apply:
- Master of Education, Doctor of Education preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, post-secondary preferred, with significant experience in management of student affairs.
- Progressive leadership and management experience, including leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of higher education trends, data analysis, and CRM/enrollment management systems (Ellucian, Banner).
- High level skills in computer technology, especially Excel, including analytical and data interpretation abilities to inform decision making.
- Excellent oral and written communication and public speaking skills to effectively engage with faculty, staff, and students.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to evaluate judgments.
- Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions.
- Commitment to student access and success.
- Experience in advising, student services, and financial aid preferred.
- Understand the mission of NLTCC.
Additional Requirements:
A valid Louisiana Driver’s License
