Northwest Lawn Maintenance LLC is hiring a dependable and motivated Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position has the opportunity to grow into a Crew Lead role for the right person.
We provide professional lawn and landscape maintenance for commercial and residential properties throughout Cottage Grove, Creswell, Pleasant Hill, Springfield, and Eugene.
Responsibilities:
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Hedge and shrub trimming
- Landscape bed and weed maintenance
- Seasonal cleanups
- Operating commercial lawn and landscape equipment
- Learning our routes, properties, and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Lawn or landscape maintenance experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to safely operate commercial lawn equipment
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Able to work independently once trained
- Strong attention to detail
- Truck and trailer experience is a plus
- Interested in growing into a leadership position
Pay: $18.50–$20.50 per hour to start, depending on experience.
Pay increases are available as you demonstrate reliability, quality, efficiency, equipment knowledge, and the ability to work independently.
Our goal is to train the right person into a Crew Lead position with increased responsibility and higher pay.
