EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our properties. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, MOWING, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces. Spring and fall clean up is ideal to run a sucessfull lawn care business. Be able to run a lawn mower as well as other lawn maintence equipment. The Maintenance Person will ensure that all areas are safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. LAWN CARE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
Duties
- Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy grass and landscape.
- Execute mowing, trim/prune hedges
- Spring and fall clean ups
- Dig and prepare areas for planting or landscaping projects as needed.
- Build and maintain various outdoor structures such as fences or garden beds.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is REQUIRED.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to property maintenance.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
