The individual will work in the office area, schedule appointments, give and receive information from callers, complete data entry and retrieval and execute administrative functions of a non-profit organization by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence and directs to the appropriate person.
- Composes and types routine correspondence.
- Organizes and maintains files system, and files correspondence and other records.
- Answers phones and/or re-direct phone calls, and screens manager's phone calls.
- Coordinates students, apprentice's and other staff schedules/appointments
- Greets scheduled and unscheduled visitors or guests and conducts to appropriate area or person.
- Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports.
- Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
- Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
- Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
- Performs other clerical functions and duties.
