About the Job
Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We’re currently seeking a full-time Case Manager. The Case Manager will help individuals with mental and behavioral health challenges access the services and support they need to improve their well-being and maintain stability in their lives. This position will coordinate resources, advocating for the clients, and ensure treatment plans are followed.
Salary Range
$22.00-$26.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field is required
- This position requires some travel, so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
- Experience providing case management services for individuals with behavioral health concerns is preferred but not required
- An active Iowa Bachelor’s of Social Work (BSW) license is preferred but not required
