The Role
- Primary integrative care for ages 12 and up

- 45-minute follow-ups
- 30-minute telemedicine visits
- Full administrative support (you won’t be handling coding, billing, prior auths, referrals, or inbox triage)
- Digital scribe EHR workflow (finish charting before heading home)
Take your weekends back. We built our sustainable practice model built to make it so you can actually practice medicine without the administrative weight that so often comes with it, and keeps you working after closing.
About Northwest Integrative Medicine
Northwest Integrative Medicine is a primary care clinic in Tigard with a warm group of four naturopathic providers who love what they do, are quick to collaborate, and who genuinely enjoy each other’s company. It’s common to hear someone knock lightly on a door between visits to run a case by, or catch a quick conversation in the hall that turns into a helpful perspective.
There’s a steady flow of referrals, and with a provider exiting in May, we have a full panel ready to meet you. So, your schedule will fill naturally. Patients tend to be engaged and thoughtful, and the clinic sits in a beautiful, red-brick building in central Tigard. Our staff includes two MAs, three front-desk staff, an in-house biller, and a clinic manager who are all there to support your work. It's calm and quiet when you want to put your head down, but still connected and lively when you feel like stepping into a conversation.
Compensation & Growth
- Base pay commission model (50% of net collections)
- 30 hours per week is standard
- Income grows with your panel without an artificial ceiling
We build your panel for you with steady referral flow and our own intentional marketing.

A word from our clinic owner, Dr. Maeghan Cook
We created Northwest Integrative Medicine to be the kind of clinic my doctor friends and I always wanted to work at.
My typical day includes 30–60 minutes of chart prep, followed by 4–6 patients in the morning and 3–5 patients in the afternoon. Charting is seriously close to effortless thanks to our EHR support tools, and I hand off most admin tasks to a truly dialed in team. The medical coding and billing teams make sure we collect every dollar of the services I've performed without me having to enter a CPT code.
But honestly, what makes this place special is the people. Our providers are smart, warm and generous with their time. When something’s not working, our clinic manager and staff help fix it quickly. The energy is focused and calm when you need to get things done, and fills with jokes and conversation when you want connection.
If you’re looking for a clinic that respects your time and has your back, you’ve found a home.
Warmly,
Dr. Maeghan Cook
