- Full-Time, In Person, 9:00am to 5:45pm, Monday-Thursday, 9:00am to 4:15pm on Friday.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities
- Arrive before 9:00am.
- Answer and return phone calls.
- Schedule patients.
- Check patients in and out.
- Manage scans, faxes, and other medical documentation.
- Coordinate communication between providers, patients and Medical Assistants.
- Assist in minor admin tasks.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience working in medical office, preferably at a front desk.
- At least 1 year of experience with electronic health records systems & scheduling.
- Ability to work within HIPAA guidelines.
- Have basic computer skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel (experience working with Microsoft suite of apps like Sharepoint & Teams a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications We Would Love to See:
Knowledge of medical triage.
Spanish-speaking, Russian-speaking, Vietnamese-speaking or other second language.
Experience with a Naturopathic practice.
Experience with Athena Health EHR.

Remote work is not available for this position.
