NHC is an international firm of civil engineers and geoscientists providing professional services for the development, management, and protection of water resources. **About the Role**
This is an entry- to mid-level position with a targeted start date of September 1, 2026. The responsibilities and hourly rate will be dependent on the individual's qualifications. The position requires in-office work with core hours between 9:00am -- 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and Senior Office Administrator, as well as possible interaction with the Accounting team, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Perform receptionist duties, to include receiving visitors, managing deliveries and providing a warm and friendly face to staff as they come and go each day
- [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Coordinate shipping via USPS, FedEx and UPS
- [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Office administration duties, to include assisting with office, janitorial and kitchen supplies; equipment needs (printers, break room, etc.); coordinating with property managers regarding office maintenance; and handling janitorial requests
- [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Assist with Certificate of Insurance requests
- [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Assist Management and Accounting personnel as needed
