Duties
- Provide exceptional, personable service to members across a variety of interactions
- Accurately process financial transactions, including withdrawals, deposits, and cash handling
- Open new member accounts with a warm and professional approach
- Support loan origination and closings, and assist with delinquency management
- Assist members with account inquiries and problem resolution in a helpful, solution-focused manner
- Recommend financial products and services that align with member needs
- Maintain accurate member records and ensure data integrity
- Handle member phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Monitor and balance the coin machine
Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented approach
- Proficiency in computer and math skills
- Experience with financial products and a basic understanding of sales techniques
