As a Dentist at Northwest Health Services, you will be responsible for performing general dentistry services by:
- Diagnosing and treating patient oral concerns.
- Examining patients to determine the nature of the condition affecting the patient.
- Utilizing dental instruments and diagnostic procedures in patient treatment
- Performing dental cleanings, fillings, extractions, etc. using instruments, appliances, medications and surgical implements.
- Providing patients preventative services and education in dental hygiene.
- Leading and supervising dental office staff, including dental hygienists and dental assistants.
- Assisting in development of dental policies and procedures to integrate within multi-disciplinary family health service.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and processes.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid licensure to practice dentistry in the State of Missouri.
- Valid licensure from the Bureau of Dangerous Drugs and DEA.
- Current CPR certification.
- Insurable for professional liability insurance.
- We require vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition of employment & honor exemptions for medical and religious reasons to the extent required by law.
