Northwest Guard & Investigations LLC (NGI) is seeking reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guards to join our growing team. This position is responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, protecting property, deterring criminal activity, and responding to incidents in a professional and timely manner. ResponsibilitiesPatrol assigned job sites, buildings, or properties on foot or by vehicleMonitor for suspicious activity, theft, vandalism, trespassing, or safety hazardsEnforce site rules, post orders, and company policiesRespond to incidents, alarms, and emergenciesComplete accurate written reports and incident documentationCommunicate professionally with management, clients, and law enforcement ScheduleFull-time (30 hours per week)Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidaysHours vary based on operational needsEmployment classification does not guarantee hours Requirements18 years of age or olderValid Washington State Unarmed Security Guard License (or ability to obtain)Valid driver’s licenseAbility to pass background and fingerprinting checksDrug-free workplaceProfessional appearance and strong communication skillsAbility to speak, read, and write in the English language Preferred (Not Required)Prior security, military, or law enforcement experienceFirst Aid / CPR certification Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: $18.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and assignmentPaid on-duty meal periodsPaid rest breaks in accordance with Washington State lawUniforms and required equipment providedOpportunities for advancement Work EnvironmentSecurity work may require remaining on duty during meal periods and responding to incidents as needed. All meal periods are paid and on the clock.
