Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
Answer multi-line phones and schedule/reschedule appointments
Verify insurance and collect co-pays and balances
Assist with patient registration, intake forms, and records management
Maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment
Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure patient flow
Handle patient inquiries and concerns with compassion and efficiency
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and faxing
Support billing and insurance authorization processes as needed
