What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Management Representative II position at Northwest Financial Corp.?

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:

  1. Responsible for the daily delivery of all treasury management programs and services to all business banking customers.
  2. Setup, train and respond to business banking customers.
  3. Assists with sales and implementation of custom plans to meet customer’s treasury services requirements while working with business banking representatives and bank customers.
  4. Provides operational support to branches including problem resolution, process improvement and efficiencies that are consistent with the corporate goals and objectives.
  5. Serves as a backup for other position(s) and performs other duties, as assigned.
  6. Enhances career through work experience and continuing education.
  7. Maintains compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  8. Participates and responds to examinations, audits and third party reviews.
  9. Complies with the Information Security Program and is accountable for maintaining a high level of risk and security awareness.
  10. Establishes a good image for the Bank by being active and visible in the community.
  11. Attends meetings as assigned.
  12. Develops a working knowledge of the Bank’s products and services through usage and webex attendance to provide quality customer service while building relationships and exceeding expectations.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities      

  1. Oversees the sales and implementation of custom plans to meet customer’s treasury services requirements while working with business banking representatives and bank customers.
  2. Develops and cultivates an internal and external referral network.
  3. Acquires new customers consistent with corporate goals and objectives.


    Supervisory Responsibilities
    This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    Associate’s degree (A.A.) required; three to five years of related experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Language
    Above average verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    Math
    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    Reasoning
    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
    Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to outlying branch areas, as business needs dictate.

    While performing the duties of this light physical work position, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Close up visual attention to detailed materials and effective hearing/verbal communication skills are needed. Must make accurate visual inspection of printed and/or written materials. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions. Regular customer service problem solving using established variables.
