Essential Functions & Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
1) Works closely with NWM staff, external service teams and occasional clients.
2) Performs new account setup and audits to ensure proper documentation is obtained.
3) Electronically organizes and files new account paperwork and other documents.
4) Reviews custodian alerts and updates systems if applicable.
5) Creates and analyzes multiple weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
6) Allocates bank account transactions.
7) Schedules and organizes large projects, including client gifts.
8) Compiles audit documentation for CCO review.
9) Assists with collecting data for vendor due diligence.
10) Serves as a backup for other position(s) and performs other duties, as assigned. *
11) Enhances career through work experience and continuing education. *
12) Maintains compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. *
13) Participates and responds to examinations, audits and third-party reviews. *
14) Complies with the Information Security Program and is accountable for maintaining a high level of risk and security awareness. *
15) Establishes a good image for the Bank by being active and visible in the community. *
16) Attends meetings as assigned. *
17) Develops a working knowledge of the Bank’s products and services through usage and webex attendance to provide quality customer service while building relationships and exceeding expectations. *

Education & Experience
Associates degree (A.A.) required; one to three years of previous experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is recommended.
Language
Above average verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to outlying branch areas, as business needs dictate.
