We are hiring for a Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant that will play a vital role within our inpatient care team, delivering comprehensive healthcare services across multiple facilities. This role requires frequent travel between our Orlando & Daytona offices to ensure consistent patient care and effective coordination among healthcare providers. The ideal candidate is adept at patient assessments, treatment planning, and fostering collaborative clinical environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to gather medical histories and vital information
- Diagnose medical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Manage medication administration and adjustments
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Collaborate effectively with inpatient care team members
- Coordinate patient care across multiple facilities considering travel requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of clinical patient care experience
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Expertise in patient care management and medication administration
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Demonstrated critical thinking and patient education capabilities
- Spanish-speaking a plus
Pay Depends on Experience
