Job Summary
We are looking for a full time Plastic Surgery Sales Consultant / Surgical Care Patient Care Coordinator. We are looking for someone that is able to provide high level quality care and exceptional experience to every patient.
Primary Job Functions:
- Provide Quotes for Surgical Procedures to patients
- Schedules Surgical and Non-Surgical Procedures/Treatments
- Respond appropriately to patient’s needs and concerns
- Respond in a timely manner and follow up to patients' needs, inquiries.
- Document correctly in patient charts, as needed.
- Explaining procedures and responding to questions in a professional, friendly manner.
- Offer guidance to patients regarding surgical and cosmetic procedures
- Quoting fees
- Processing invoices
- Processing payments
- Scheduling appointments for patients' including consultations, injections, post ops, etc.
- Scheduling surgery dates
- Complete data entry efficiently and promptly
- Taking patients’ histories
- Scanning in documents efficiently and promptly.
- Handle a high level of new and current patient calls using professional tone and exceptional judgment
- Ability to multi-task, moving effortlessly from one project to another
- Maintain communication with practitioner and all team members
- Complete miscellaneous office duties and projects as assigned in a timely manner
- Assists all team members as requested
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in schedule management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Well-developed organizational and computer skills
- Knowledge of Patient Rights
- Knowledge of the company fire and safety regulations, electrical hazards, disaster plans, and infection control policies
- Knowledge of HIPAA
- Knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures and their application
Location: Kirkland, WA and/or Seattle, WA
Office Hours: 8-Hour Shifts M-F
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
