We are seeking a highly organized and personable Senior Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. Duties
- Manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely follow-up to optimize clinic flow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing compassionate assistance and addressing inquiries or concerns effectively.
- Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to facilitate smooth care delivery.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.
- Support medical staff with administrative tasks such as insurance verification, billing support, and data entry.
- Assist in onboarding new patients by explaining procedures, collecting necessary information, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to streamline patient care processes and improve overall service quality.
Skills
- Proven experience working in a medical office environment with familiarity in healthcare workflows.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical information.

This position has a weekly alternating schedule: 7:30AM - 4PM and 12:30PM - 9:15PM. You must be able to work both of these shifts!
