You'll work directly with our ophthalmologists in a true team-based model, not as a referral source, but as an integral part of the surgical care pathway. - Perform comprehensive medical eye exams
- Provide pre- and post-operative cataract and glaucoma care
- Co-manage patients within a true collaborative MD/OD model
- Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans, building trust and long-term relationships
- Document efficiently within our EMR
- Participate in ongoing CE and professional development

Requirements
- OD degree from an accredited program
- Washington license (or ability to obtain)
- Interest or experience in medical optometry and co-management
