What You'll Do... Northwest Exterminating is seeking a career-minded Termite Technician Pre-Treat to be part of a close, efficient team that delivers goods and services to a diverse customer base. The Termite Pre‑Treat Technician is responsible for applying termite prevention treatments to new construction sites, ensuring all work meets state regulations, company standards, and builder requirements. This role involves working closely with construction teams, safely handling treatment chemicals, and documenting all work performed.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply soil pre‑treatments, wood treatments, and other termite prevention products to new construction structures.
- Ensure correct volume, concentration, and application techniques based on manufacturer labels and state regulations.
- Inspect construction sites to determine treatment needs and identify potential problem areas.
- Maintain knowledge of state pest control regulations and follow all label and safety requirements.
- Properly handle, mix, load, and store chemicals according to company safety protocols.
- Coordinate daily route activities to meet construction timelines.
- Complete accurate service records, diagrams, and treatment logs.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communications
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Comfort with learning and using new technology & software/apps (PestPac experience preferred)
- A self-motivated and competitive mindset with a desire to win
- Experience with and examples of problem-solving in a work environment
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritizing multiple tasks, maximizing performance while remaining customer-focused i.e. understanding customers' needs, handling objections, and closing business
- A high school diploma (Associate or higher preferred)
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Have a valid driver’s license and 3 years of driving experience
