Our growing dental practice is looking for a compassionate, patient-centered, and goal driven Scheduling Specialist to join our team! Position Responsibilities:
Prompt to answer incoming telephone calls
Gathering patient information
Reserve patient appointments by using process and protocols to productively schedule and maintain efficient provider schedules
Determines patient's need for care
Contacts patients to confirm future appointments
Finishes loop of correspondence between doctor team and patient
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
