What You’ll Do:

Every day brings the chance to make a real impact. Here’s how you’ll show up in this role:

*Assess & Plan - Meet with clients for intakes, identify their needs and strengths, and build collaborative treatment plans.

*Support Growth - Create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore, heal, and develop new coping skills.

*Crisis Care - Step in with calm, steady support during urgent situations and create safety plans when needed.

*Coordinate & Advocate - Work closely with schools, healthcare providers, and community resources to ensure clients have a strong network of support.

*Provide Culturally Responsive Care - Deliver inclusive, respectful care that honors the diverse identities and experiences of every client.

*Document & Reflect - Keep accurate, timely notes in our eHR system and use supervision and consultation to grow and refine your practice.

*Stay Current - Maintain licensure, complete CE requirements, and practice with the highest ethical and professional standards.
